Sobha City is Sobha Realty's first master-planned community in Abu Dhabi — a destination designed at city scale rather than as a single building. Water, landscape and movement organise the plan, with residences arranged around a central waterway, a marina and a continuous green network.
The community brings together three residential collections — The Orchard, The Terraces and River Cove Residences — so families and investors can choose between private villas, garden-oriented homes and waterfront apartments within one connected environment.

Phase 1 starting prices are: 1 bedroom apartments from AED 1.31 Mn and 2 bedroom apartments from AED 2.40 Mn at River Cove Residences; 3 bedroom garden villas from AED 4.96 Mn and 4 bedroom garden villas from AED 8.07 Mn at The Terraces; and estate villas at The Orchard from AED 9.05 Mn (4 bedroom), AED 11.58 Mn (5 bedroom) and AED 13.44 Mn (6 bedroom). Phase 1 is offered on a 60/40 interest-free payment plan: 20% on booking, 40% during construction as eight instalments of 5% at months 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, 30 and 36, and the remaining 40% on completion. The plan applies to every property type.
